Donna Russo graduated in 1981 from Villanova University School of Law and has been actively engaged in the practice of civil litigation since her admission to the Bar in 1981. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.

Ms. Russo has extensive experience in civil litigation having been a civil litigator for over 25 years. She presently devotes her practice to litigation of corporate disputes, denial of long term disability and health insurance benefits, employment discrimination, insurance coverage issues, nursing home and assisted living abuse and neglect, personal injury and property claims.

Patricia A. Kieck practices real estate and estate planning

Patricia A. Kieck is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and Seton Hall University School of Law. She is admitted in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court. She was an associate with a general practice firm prior to forming a firm with Donna Russo in 1997.

She has experience in real estate (residential and commercial), estate/probate. She has represented both commercial and residential landlords and tenants in tenancy matters and closings. She has been a court-appointed attorney in several guardianship proceedings. She has been panelist before the Eastern Board of Realtors. She has lectured at the annual First Time Home Buyers Fair for the Community Action Program of Bergen County. She has lectured at ICLE – Real Estate Skills and Methods Course. She is a contributing writer for Women Lawyers in Bergen County. She was co-chair of the Real Property Committee of the Bergen County Bar Association.
