- On January 14, 2010, the N.J. Supreme Court held that under the Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. 10:5-12 (d), a post discharge retaliation claim is independently actionable even if it does not relate to present or future employment. (Roa v. LAFE et. als, A-72-08).
